SCULPTURE
"THE GNARLED QUAGMIRE OF FLESH AND BONE"

The Quagmire was sculpted in in fiberglass and clay. A
mold was made and now pulled pieces are made
of either urethane or silicon and fiberglass. When an ignorant
passer-by sets off the motion detector the
Quagmire comes to life. The eyes move, the faces laugh
and scream, the mouths chew, heart beats,
ribs breath and a number of other suprises can send you
reeling.

The "QUAG" was designed by me while I was working for
STAGEFRIGHT STUDIOS, a leader
in high-tech mind warping special effects for the haunted
house industry. The pneumatic animatronics
that bring it to life were designed by James E. Grevas,
owner of Stagefright Studios. The "QUAG" can
be experienced at many of the higher grade haunted houses
across the U.S.
"THE HANGING HEAD"

The Hanging Head was also designed by me while I was at
Stagefright Studios. This little gem hangs in a walkway
and hurls obnoxious comments at passers-by. It can be programmed
as well as hooked up to a microphone with
a mouth sync. It's pneumatics were also designed by James E.
Grevas and can be found at many haunted houses across the U.S. and overseas.
